Zero Inventory saves you time, money and headaches - Gadget Masters drop shipping is like having your own business warehouse without the hassle of buying inventory.  You do not need to manage the inventory or shipping related issues. You pass on your orders to Gadget Masters and we take care of the rest!  We process and ship your orders from our Upstate New York distribution center within 3 business days.  With no inventory to maintain, you can expand your business and sell unlimited products without getting bothered with inventory related issues.

Nationwide Delivery Services - We ship our fine products using the most reliable shipping companies in the business.  Your orders will ship to any address in the continental US using FedEx or UPS Ground services.

Convenient Billing - Gadget Masters will bill your credit card the wholesale price of the product plus shipping and handling as soon as we receive an order from you.  We use the credit card on file when setting up your drop ship account.    We charge a low drop ship fee of $3.00 per item to offset the cost of picking, packing, and processing your order.  We will send you order confirmation email  that includes tracking numbers.  This will save you many potential problems when customers ask, "Where is my order?"

Warranty - This Gadget Masters product is guaranteed for 60 days from delivery date under normal use and service against defective workmanship and material. This guarantee is void if the product has been damaged by accident or unreasonable use, immersion in water, neglect, battery leakage or improper installation, improper service or causes not arising out of defects in materials and workmanship.  If the product fails as a result of defects in materials or workmanship, Gadget Masters will repair or replace the product, at our option, when returned, shipping prepaid. 

bulletReturns - We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery. All items must be new, unopened and returned in original packaging. You must receive authorization from us before returning any items. If you fail to receive authorization prior to sending us a return, your refund may be delayed. Please email us at sales@gadgetmastersonline.com for authorization prior to making a return to minimize any delays in receiving your credit. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All refunds will be made to the person / credit card that made the original purchase. NOTE: The cost to ship many of the large items (train tables, furniture) can be significant, so please be sure the product you order is exactly what you want and the published shipping timeframes meet your needs.
bulletOrder Cancellation - You may cancel an order prior to processing and/or shipping. You will be charged a 5% cancellation fee. You must send an email to us at sales@gadgetmastersonline.com or call us toll free at 1-877-543-7883. Any shipped items that you return are subject to a 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs that we incur, these costs include both the original cost we incurred to ship the product to you and any subsequent costs to ship the product back to us.

NOTE: The cost to ship many of the large items (train tables, furniture) can be significant, so please be sure the product you order is exactly what you want and the published shipping timeframes will work for you. We pride ourselves in our ability to quickly process and ship our orders so please notify us as soon as possible regarding any cancellations or changes to avoid any unnecessary charges.
bulletDamaged Merchandise - Please inspect all packages promptly, any damage must be reported before 10 days for the claim with UPS/Fedex to be made and a new part/item shipped. If an item is damages during shipment, please have customers save all packing materials and contact us immediately  at sales@gadgetmastersonline.com or 1-877-543-7883. We cannot process a claim after the 10 day time frame for damage claims. It is the customers responsibility to open and inspect all merchandise UPON receipt to insure no damage has occurred.
